I was recently recruited by Omnes Healthcare, by a lovely recruitment team who really helped with the process.
I was part of the first group to start in the new hub for Omnes in Manchester. The group I started with were incredible and we have completed training with our two continuing team leaders. We have been introduced to all the senior managers and directors who have all been amazing, and very forthcoming with the growth of the business.
We have constantly been asked for feedback, some of which has already been actioned. The team I’ve started with all absolutely lovely and so far it’s a very very good working environment. I cannot speak for the London group as I am working in Manchester. We completed three weeks of training which I can’t see was easy but we had great support from a London team leader. The operations director seems to really be trying to reform what’s been going on, and is taking on board all of the advice we have been giving. The team leaders I have been working with have all been very friendly and easy to go to with any issues.
