Your workplace pension scheme is a way of saving for your retirement through contributions deducted directly from your wages. If you meet the requirements (this can be found on the below link), you will be automatically enrolled; to confirm you meet the requirements for this you will receive correspondence directly from our pension provider, Royal London when your contributions are due to commence. All contributions are in line with the government’s minimum requirements.
