We have 100% support from our managers and team leaders. I couldn’t fault them for anything. They take time to get to know each and every staff member and help guide them to be the best they can be! There is a lot of progression and development within the business to help you succeed in further development!
The managers take in your views and take on board any improvements and most of all you are listened to! where as most companies don’t like change and don’t like to listen to what you have to say!
Omnes is a great company to work for and I’m so happy that I made the change to leave my old job to start my new chapter here! We provide the best service and I’ve made genuine friends that are fabulous to work with! I wake up everyday happy to go to work which I know a lot of people dread! The best decision I ever made was to make that change and start something new with Omnes!
Cons
I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the business like I said it’s the best decision I have made. I stayed at my previous company as I was comfortable and wasn’t ready for change in case I made the wrong decision . But starting with omnes was the best thing I did!
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing! Everyone is great and so polite. Everyone always has a smile on there face and always lets on when you walk past regardless if they know you or not! I honestly really love working here. The Managers are all great and help guide you to be the best version of yourself everyday!
