Location: Hybrid - Remote with regular travel to site

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic Transformation Lead to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

The Transformation Lead will lead work in the Primary Care Team, working closely with the senior management team to develop and deliver locally agreed transformation plans and strategies. They will lead on the implementation, development and co-ordination of agreed service development and transformation workstreams.

The Transformation Lead will be required to work flexibly across the primary care team as required, based on local priorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide professional support and leadership to deliver service transformations.
  • To work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including relevant to ensure transparent and highly effective consultation and involvement processes result in an informed approach to service improvements.
  • To communicate and manage stakeholders in accordance with the principles of project and programme management methodologies, using the recommended tools, templates and approaches and ensure that they are updated as required.
  • To establish and foster effective working relationships and networks with a wide range of key stakeholders across Omnes Healthcare to inform and help support the implementation of agreed service development and transformation workstreams.
  • To utilise influencing and persuasion skills to establish the basis for the successful delivery of service development and transformation workstreams.
  • To work in partnership with others to ensure all actions have been taken to deliver projects/programmes on time.
  • To be able to bring together different and disparate sources of information to understand complex situations, to formulate solutions and to recommend what the best course of action could be to senior leaders.
  • To communicate, present, and provide highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • To be the lead responsible for analysing the available resources for service areas and for ensuring that any proposals for change take full account of the resources available.
  • To provide in-depth analysis of data, national policies, and legislation through to interpretation and production of complex and multiple reports including financial analysis where appropriate.
  • To monitor performance of service development and transformational workstreams, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas for further development/improvement in performance and ensuring these are fed into subsequent contracts.
  • Provide advice and prepare strategic reports, briefings, business cases, project documentation.
  • To identify, review and cascade the key points to senior leaders from the policy and guidance in the areas of key responsibility, taking a lead role in their implementation and provide an early alert to all resource implications and risks.
  • To adopt project and programme management methodologies in reporting to senior managers, ensuring that progress and key decisions are effectively communicated internally and externally.
  • To lead individual service review projects ensuring compliance with agreed organisational outcomes, processes, priorities and targets.
  • Significantly contribute to the effective management of budgets (including the approval of invoices) related to the agreed workstreams, programmes/projects and associated contracts.

Experience

  • Experience of transformation management
  • Experience of presenting, conveying and sharing key messages across all organisational levels.
  • Able to work with others to develop consensus and to ensure they support the delivery of projects/programmes of work.
  • Computer literate with an ability to use the required systems/Microsoft IT office packages.
  • Has attention to detail, able to work accurately, identifying errors quickly and easily.
  • Has a planned and organised approach with an ability to prioritise their own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Has excellent communication skills.
  • Able to exercise independent judgement where appropriate and problem solve.
  • Able to effectively manage resources (financial and others) to ensure delivery of a service/project.
  • Able to receive, convey and present information in a clear way.
  • Able to think analytically; anticipating obstacles and thinking ahead; using analytical techniques to identify several solutions.
