The Desk-Base Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and driving sales of the company’s digital health technology solutions. This role involves proactive outreach to prospective customers, development relationships remotely and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Requirements:
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Primary Care sector through outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement.
· Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and progress them through the sales cycle.
· Deliver tailored online demonstrations and presentations of the company’s products and services.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
· Work closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless handover of new customers.
· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems (Salesforce).
· Stay up to date on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to support sales strategies.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
· Passion for relationship building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Proven sales experience, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or technology solutions.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships remotely.
· Confident in delivering virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
· Highly organised with strong pipeline management and time management skills.
· Comfortable working to targets and motivated by achieving results.
· Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not essential).
· Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced environment
