We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

Reporting to the People and Culure Manager, you will be providing high quality professional advice and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters.

Requirements

• Previous HR experience
• Flexibility to travel around the UK
• Clear DBS Clearance
• Tolerant, understanding and accepting attitude towards all employees

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

• Good MS office skills
• Able to effectively prioritise workload
• Proven effective team worker
• Motivational with a positive attitude at all times
• CIPD Level 3/5
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
