The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can understand client needs, demonstrate the value of our digital health technology solutions, and contribute to the company’s success through collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

·       Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

·       Retain existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling.

·       Support the successful onboarding an implementation of solutions for new customers, ensuring smooth adoption and early success.

·       Become an expert in the company’s products and services, delivering compelling demonstrations and articulating their value.

·       Translate and interpret client data into actionable insights for both the client and internal teams.

·       Collaborate across the organisation, sharing feedback and contributing to product development and service improvements.

·       Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.

·       Travel to clients across the UK as required to support relationship management, implementation and events.

·       Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high service standards.

 

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

·       Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

·       Strong ability to build relationships with clients.

·       Highly organised with a proven track record in time management.

·       Digital health technology experience is advantageous, but not essential; ability to articulate the importance of technology solutions is key.

·       Skilled at demonstrating products and services in both face-to-face and virtual settings.

·       Ability to interpret and communicate client data clearly.

·       Confident working as part of a collaborative team and contributing to decision-making discussions.

·       Comfortable working virtually when required

·       Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) is preferred but not essential.

·       Passion for relationship building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
